Stephen commenced at Ƶ in January 2016 and has held several positions including Professor of Strategy and Enterprise and Head of the School of Management, Acting Director for the Institute of Executive Education and Enterprise, Acting Pro Vice-Chancellor, and Pro Vice-Chancellor for Massey Business School.  Previously, he was Academic and Managing Director of M2 Academy, Singapore, Dean at Southern Cross University Business School in Australia, and held various roles in the building materials and construction sector. Stephen has published over 80 refereed articles, secured in $2M in funding, and maintained a research focus on SMEs, strategy and innovation.
