Doctoral Co-Supervisor School of Built EnvironmentMohamed is a lecturer in built environment with more than 20 years of construction industry and academic experience. Mohamed is a civil engineer and holds a doctorate in civil engineering and a master of science in construction management. His research expertise is in disaster management, post-disaster reconstruction and recovery and shelter construction. Mohamed developed a special interest in green sustainable shelters and mainly the use of traditional building methods and local material in constructing houses.
