Doctoral Mentor Supervisor Massey Business SchoolDr David Brougham is the Associate Dean of Research for Massey Business School. David is researching how employees and businesses plan to adapt to changes as a result of technological disruption from AI, automation, robotics, and algorithms etc. David is the Editor for the New Zealand Journal of Human Resources Management, and has an interest in data analytics, as well as mixed methods research. Prior to working at Massey David worked in the finance industry.
